I just returned from my first trip to Santa Barbra. What an incredible little spot. Plenty to see, do and a couple of good spots to eat and drink as well!
Have been thinking about setting up a blog site, and having returned home in good time, tonight is the night.
I'll be using this sight as a open journal for all to read. In addition I hope to blog away and test the waters with ideas and philosophies. Hopefully I can get some feedback that will help to develop my ideologies further.
In addition I hope to attract some lacrosse players and fans so we can discuss the sport that I love so much.

- I am a 28 year old professional lacrosse player. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I now live in San Jose CA with my wife, Jennifer and dog Jackson. I have returned to school at SJSU and am hoping to stay in school forever. There is so much to learn! Can't forget to mention my lacrosse team. I am also the coach of the Sacred Heart Womens Lacrosse team. A private high school in Palo Alto, Ca, they are in their first season and doing fantastic.
